Join Strategic Therapy Associates Inc as a Brief Strategic Family Therapist – Flexible Schedule, Free Training in United States. Join Strategic Therapy Associates in Virginia! We're seeking a Resident in Counseling (or QMHP-C with 5 years experience) with family therapy experience.

Key Responsibilities

implement Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT) to help adolescents and families with conduct problems.

Manage a caseload of 8-10 families (ages 6-18), diverted from family court.

Provide home, office, and telehealth mental health services.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $40K - $55K

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Flexible scheduling available.

Candidates must be a Virginia-registered Resident in Counseling (LMHP-R) or Supervisee in Social Work (LMHP-S), or eligible for registration; a QMHP-C with 5+ years of experience working with children and families is also considered. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license, insurance, own vehicle, good driving record, and demonstrate a passion for serving youth and families with strong communication skills.
