Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing treatment planning.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including diagnoses, billing, assessments, progress notes, and other required records.

• Collaborate with an integrated care team to evaluate client needs and monitor clinical progress.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field (Required).

• Active License in the state of Arizona (Required).

• Licensed clinician (Required) - (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LMSW).

• Current CPR, AED, First Aid certifications (Required).

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $70K - $92K
