Child & Adolescent Licensed Therapist / Counselor (Full-Time & Part-Time) (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LMSW) SIGN-ON Bonus $1,500

Key Responsibilities

The therapist will conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and assessments. They will also participate in integrated treatment team staffing and provide referrals to community resources as needed.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a master's degree in counseling or social work and possess an active professional license in Arizona. A DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card is required, along with specialized experience in child and adolescent therapy.
