Key Responsibilities

Provide family medicine support to patients aged 18 and older, including routine physicals, health screenings, and sick visits. Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, COPD, and thyroid disease while performing immunizations and prescribing medications.

Requirements

Candidates must be a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with recent experience using the EPIC electronic health record system. The role requires the ability to manage a patient volume of 20-22 patients per day in an office setting.
