Key Responsibilities

Provide direct supportive care to clients in residential and withdrawal management settings, including monitoring health indicators and facilitating structured activities. Responsibilities include documenting treatment progress, responding to crises, and collaborating with the treatment team to ensure a safe therapeutic environment.

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of responsible employment. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, knowledge of behavioral health confidentiality laws, and the ability to navigate electronic medical records.
