Job Description

  • Pelvic Health Physical Therapist
  • For the PT Who Wants Pelvic Health to Feel Strong, Active, and Whole-Body
  • Mobility Fit Physical Therapy | $85,000 - $105,000

Pelvic health is more than symptom relief. It is strength, confidence, movement, education, and helping people return to the lives they have been missing.

At Mobility Fit, pelvic health is treated as part of the whole person. You will work with patients who want to move better, train smarter, recover fully, and understand their bodies in a way that supports long-term function. Your care may include pelvic floor assessment and treatment, but it will also connect the dots between breath, core, hips, spine, pressure management, strength, mobility, pain science, lifestyle factors, and return to activity.

This is an opportunity for a pelvic health PT who wants to do more than provide excellent care in a private room. It is for a clinician who wants to practice at the intersection of pelvic health, orthopedic reasoning, movement, performance, education, and real-life outcomes.

Why This Role Is Different

At Mobility Fit, we are known for working with active and motivated people, from athletes and weekend warriors to postpartum patients and individuals who simply want to feel strong and capable again. Our pelvic health patients are not just looking for temporary relief. They are looking for a clinician who can help them understand what is happening, build a plan, and return to life with confidence.

You will be part of a team that values clinical excellence, hands-on care, thoughtful exercise prescription, movement assessment, autonomy, and collaboration. We are not looking for someone to simply “cover pelvic health.” We are looking for someone who is excited to help grow and elevate it.

What Makes Mobility Fit a Strong Fit for a Pelvic Health Specialist

A whole-body model of pelvic healthYou will not be practicing pelvic health in isolation. You will treat the pelvic floor as part of a larger system that includes breath, core, hips, spine, movement, strength, pressure, lifestyle, and function.

A performance-minded patient populationMany patients come to Mobility Fit because they want to get back to doing something meaningful, whether that is running, lifting, CrossFit, work, parenting, intimacy, sport, or daily life without fear or limitation.

A team that respects advanced clinical skillMobility Fit is built around clinicians who value manual therapy, movement assessment, individualized programming, education, and progressive exercise. You will be surrounded by PTs who care deeply about the craft of physical therapy.

Autonomy with supportYou will have room to use your expertise, shape your plans of care, grow your specialty, and contribute to the development of pelvic health services within a respected private practice setting.

A culture that wants to raise the barMobility Fit describes its team as passionate about breaking the mold of traditional physical therapy and helping clients decrease pain and increase performance. That mindset matters in pelvic health, where patients need clinical excellence, trust, and a provider who sees the full picture.
