About Sentido Health
Sentido Health is a boutique home health solutions company founded on a deeply personal mission — to support medically complex patients and their families with the heartfelt care we'd give our own.
We offer the product selection and clinical resources of large national organizations, delivered with the individualized approach only a boutique provider can. We consider our patients family, and our team is built on the belief that every person deserves more than a delivery — they deserve a partner.

We're not just offering a job — we're offering a meaningful career in a mission-driven environment.
As a HIVE Dietitian, you'll help new tube feeding patients — and current patients experiencing home feeding issues — make a smooth transition home.
Working in collaboration with the area Account Manager and Patient Care Coordinator, you'll provide clinical sales support to key accounts along with direct patient education, support, and remote monitoring, helping to minimize and prevent controllable issues that could lead to unnecessary Emergency Room visits.

- Utilize approved platforms to communicate with patients
- Follow specified instructions in the delivery of patient protected health information, sales messages, and marketing material
- Participate in educational meetings and events as directed
- Exhibit teamwork and perform tasks as needed per Nutrition Segment Director request
What You Bring
- Experience recognizing the needs and concerns of individuals
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instruction
- Professional telephone and email etiquette
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
