Job Description
The Fort Athletic Club is seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Stretch Therapist / Recovery Specialist to join our team. This part-time role is ideal for a practitioner with experience in assisted stretching, mobility, and recovery who is passionate about delivering an elevated member experience.
The ideal candidate has a background in stretch therapy or related movement and wellness disciplines, and brings a warm, professional presence to every session. This position requires a flexible schedule with weekend availability, and is a great opportunity for someone who values both performance-focused care and personalized client service.
Key responsibilities include delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions, supporting mobility and recovery goals, educating members on movement quality and body awareness, and helping create a welcoming, high-level experience within the club.
Candidates with experience in personal training, massage therapy, corrective exercise, exercise science, yoga, Pilates, athletic training, or similar disciplines are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to support member mobility and recovery goals. Educate members on movement quality and body awareness to ensure a high-level club experience.
Requirements
Candidates should have a background in stretch therapy, movement, or wellness disciplines such as exercise science or athletic training. A flexible schedule with weekend availability is required.
