Job Description

Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a consistent 4-day workweek with no weekends! Our hospital is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Supportive, Collaborative Team: Join a close-knit, multi-doctor practice where teamwork and quality patient care come first.

Mentorship for New Graduates: Our experienced Partner Veterinarian is available to provide mentorship, guidance, and support as you develop your clinical skills and confidence.

Modern Equipment: Practice quality medicine with access to digital radiography, digital dental radiography, ultrasound, and in-house diagnostics.

Variety in Your Day: Enjoy a mix of preventive care, wellness visits, dentistry, surgery, and medical cases.

Personalized Veterinary Care: Build lasting relationships with clients and their pets while practicing medicine in a welcoming, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• What We're Looking For
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited veterinary school
• Active Arkansas veterinary license or ability to obtain one
• A passion for providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Experienced veterinarians and new graduates are encouraged to apply!
