The Behavior Analyst will lead and support Behavior Technicians while developing innovative ABA programs and conducting Functional Behavior Assessments. They are responsible for providing parent education and ensuring treatment plans are implemented with high fidelity.
Candidates must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and an active LBA certification in New York. The role requires the ability to pass a criminal background check, TB test, and pre-employment physical exam.
