Triage inbound clinical questions and navigate members to high-quality, cost-effective care options. Collaborate with the product team to shape the clinical navigation platform and manage proactive member care based on clinical protocols.
Requires an active RN license and 3+ years of experience in care coordination, case management, or telehealth. A BSN is preferred, and candidates must be comfortable with asynchronous, message-based workflows.
