FTE: 0% WORK SHIFT Days PAY RANGE: $49.45 - $76.60 UNION: UFCW 3000-Professional and Technical SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS/PREMIUMS: Weekend & Holiday Shifts: No On Call Shifts: No Shift Differentials: Evening - $3.00/hour Night - $5.00/hour Weekend - $4.50/hour Pharm Night - $8.50/hour Premiums: Standby - $4.00/hour Lead - $3.25/hour Per Diem - 15% (on base, in lieu of benefits) Certification - $2.00/hour Trainer - $2.00/hour Student Coord - $2.00/hour, 2+ = $3.25/hour JOB DESCRIPTION: Primary responsibility is to safely deliver the prescribed course of radiation therapy and perform simulation and planning techniques according to procedure.

Operates radiotherapy and radiologic equipment for the treatment of patients and produces radiography (x-rays) of the body for treatment planning purposes. Is also responsible for undertaking dosimetric calculations and is required to fabricate all aspects of lead blocks for treatment purposes.

EDUCATION Associate’s degree from two-year college or technical school graduation preferred. EXPERIENCE Three years clinical experience in radiotherapy and dosimetric treatments preferred. LICENSURE/CREDENTIALS American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) R.T.(T) credential required.

Washington State Radiologic Technologist Certification required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
