Job Description
The Speech/Language Pathologist PRN is responsible for evaluating/assessing needs of referred patients and formulating treatment plans. Provides therapy services defined in treatment plans. Works cooperatively with physicians, case managers, and other members of the healthcare team. Maintains accurate documentation of therapy services in the medical record. May supervise therapy techs, clinical fellows, and students.

The Speech/Language Pathologist is responsible for assessing patient needs and formulating and implementing treatment plans. They collaborate with healthcare teams and maintain accurate medical records while potentially supervising students and clinical fellows.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program and a current Louisiana State license. Required certifications include BLS and the Certificate of Clinical Competency.
