Key Responsibilities

The Float Pool Specialist-Therapist is responsible for the ethical and cost-effective management, delivery, outcomes, and communication of patient care within their scope of practice. This role requires adherence to National Patient Safety Goals based on the level of patient contact involved.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma, current CPR Certification (BLS), and the ability to communicate effectively in English. A minimum of one year of full-time equivalent experience is required, with three years preferred, along with a valid OK driver's license and insurance.
