Key Responsibilities

• Involves frequent personal and telephone contact with patients, physicians, and other healthcare personnel.

Requirements

• Essential Functions Access health status of patient through health history, taking physical examination and diagnostic tests.

• Develop and implement plan of care incorporating patient’s input in the development of the treatment plan.
