Full-time tele-psychiatrist for child/adolescent and adult patients. Monday-Friday schedule with one weekend per month. 1099 contract. Gulfport, MS.

- 1099 Qualifications: Education: Board Certification in General Psychiatry or BC in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry a plus.
- Training: Successful completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency and Child/Adolescent fellowship program preferred.
- Licensure: Mississippi medical license and DEA in good standing or eligibility to obtain it.
- Experience: Must be comfortable treating child through adult populations.
Work Schedule
- Contract position.
- Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
- Weekend coverage may be required.

Key Responsibilities
The psychiatrist will conduct admission evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing follow-up care for child, adolescent, and adult patients. They are also responsible for collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and supervising nurse practitioners on the unit.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Mississippi medical license and be board certified in General Psychiatry, with Child/Adolescent Psychiatry certification preferred. Successful completion of an accredited psychiatry residency and fellowship program is required.
