Key Responsibilities

• will contribute: An Occupational Therapist (OT) who excels in this role: * Performs comprehensive patient evaluations and re-evaluations consistent with patient needs and capabilities * Selects appropriate activities suited to patient’s physical, mental, social abilities and adapts program in response to patient and/ or family goals * Provides quality in and outpatient occupational therapy treatments * Educates and provides effective communication skills with patients, family members, and inter-department staff as needed * Communicates with physicians on a regular basis concerning pt.
