Program Therapist- Boys Residential Treatment Center

Key Responsibilities

The Program Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. They are responsible for developing treatment plans, conducting crisis interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and possess current Texas licensure such as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist. Experience working with adolescents and substance use disorders is preferred, along with strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
