Description

The Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist will be a core member of the Outpatient Behavioral Health (OBH) team. The licensed clinician will provide therapy using evidence-based treatments for adults, children, and families, developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.

You’ll work in a primary care, clinic-based environment — with no after-hours on call, weekends, or major holiday shifts — allowing you to focus on what truly matters: providing quality care and achieving work-life balance.

Qualifications

Graduate degree (master's or doctorate) from an accredited counseling, social work, or psychology program; a program at an institution of higher learning accredited by a regional accrediting agency approved by the Board; or a foreign program that has been evaluated by a credentialing body recognized by the Board.

• Current and active Oregon licensure as a CSWA, PCA, or MFTA (required by first day of employment)
• Demonstrated skill in providing behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive care

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and (CSWA)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and (PCA)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and (MFTA)
