Marin Post Acute is seeking a motivated and compassionate Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) to join our outstanding rehabilitation team. This is a unique opportunity to complete your Clinical Fellowship in a supportive skilled nursing and post-acute setting while receiving mentorship from an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate, assess, and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and families to support patient outcomes
  • Educate residents and caregivers regarding treatment goals and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to maximize independence and quality of life

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligible for California SLP Clinical Fellow licensure/registration
  • Passion for patient-centered care and rehabilitation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled Nursing, Post-Acute, or Rehabilitation experience preferred but not required
