Key Responsibilities
The BCaBA will conduct behavioral and functional assessments while creating and implementing individualized, evidence-based behavior plans. Additionally, they will supervise RBTs, lead parent training sessions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a BCaBA license and possess at least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field. A minimum of one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum is required.
