Registered Physical Therapist - Home Health

Join Saad Enterprises as a Physical Therapist – Home Health, Flexible Schedule in United States. Family-owned Home Health and Hospice company searching for a motivated Physical Therapist. The PT will provide services in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical guidelines.

• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patient function and reduce pain.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly to ensure effective rehabilitation.

Requirements

• Valid and current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the relevant state or region.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.

• Experience with patient assessment and rehabilitation techniques.
