Join Adaptive Home Health / Fira Health as a Home Health Physical Therapist – No Weekends in United States. Seeking Physical Therapists in the Home Health setting to cover Lake Jackson area Per-Visit Rates: $75 per regular PT Visit $112.50 per PT Eval $187.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive plan of care and coordinate multi-disciplinary care Perform prompt clinical document.
- Implement and maintain physical therapy protocols Manage patient treatment and outcomes directly, or through P.
Requirements
