The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner provides integrated behavioral health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning as part of a mobile multi-disciplinary ACT team. They are responsible for medication management, crisis intervention, and ongoing clinical monitoring of clients within their community settings.
Candidates must be licensed as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in New York State with current DEA registration. Proficiency in electronic health records and the ability to travel throughout New York City for community-based visits are required.
