Key Responsibilities
- Complete clinical assessments on new and ongoing clients.
- Provide therapeutic services to consumers in the community and in their home.
- Provide community-based outreach services to homeless consumers.
- Provide individual, family and group therapy to targeted clients within the program.
Requirements
- Maryland licensed LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C or LCPC.
- Experience in case management or counseling of people with psychiatric disabilities, histories of substance abuse and/or trauma. Previous experience with ACT is highly desired.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mental health and substance abuse clinical skills.
- Patience, creativity, flexibility, compassion, and passion for working with persons with complex needs.

- Salary: $75K - $85K
