Evaluate and provide evidence-based plans of care and exercise prescriptions for male pelvic health patients in a virtual setting. Document all treatments in the EMR and maintain high-quality communication with patients and providers.
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts with Pelvic Health Level 1 certification and at least one year of experience. Requires telehealth experience and a commitment to a minimum of 4 visits per week.
