The Clinical Supervisor will oversee and evaluate client programs, conduct assessments, and provide parent education to ensure continuous progress. They will also mentor behavior technicians, coordinate client visits, and maintain accurate clinical records and treatment plans.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field. At least one year of experience in clinical program management under the supervision of a BCBA is required.
