Job Description:

Headache Neurologist – Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), a Harvard Medical School affiliate, invites board‑certified/eligible neurologists with a subspecialty interest in academic headache medicine to join our multidisciplinary team. Appointment as Instructor, Assistant Professor, or Associate Professor at the Harvard Medical School will be commensurate with experience, training, and achievements in addition to teaching activities.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Provide outpatient care for primary and secondary headache disorders. Perform procedural interventions including Botox injections and peripheral nerve blocks Opportunities to participate in clinical trials and translational research in neurology.

Candidates must be board‑certified or board‑eligible in neurology as well as fellowship‑trained in headache medicine Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a 743-bed hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center, is a founding member of Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH).

Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations.

In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality HMFP also offers a comprehensive and generous employee benefits program to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.
