Key Responsibilities
- Supervisory: Works on-line providing supervision and monitoring of the daily operational activities within the pharmacy department.
- Responsible for the scheduling, time management, and attendance for pharmacists, technicians, and interns.
- Serves as the on-call designee for pharmacy operations.
- Assists in interviewing, hiring operational pharmacy staff, and performing staff evaluations.
Requirements
- Preferred: 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
