Position Overview
BayCare Women's Medical Group, a physician-led women's health practice, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB/GYN) to help launch and grow a new women's health practice in the Tampa Bay region. We are currently seeking a OB/GYN Physician to join our new practice in Tampa, Florida at our Westchase office.

Position Overview
The physician will play a key role in establishing and growing a new outpatient OB/GYN practice, providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while helping shape clinical workflows, enhance the patient experience, and influence the long-term direction of the practice.

Practice Environment
Physicians will practice in a modern outpatient setting designed to provide comprehensive women's healthcare services. The office supports routine gynecologic procedures, preventive care, obstetrical management, on-site ultrasound services, and comprehensive women's healthcare throughout the patient's lifecycle.
