About the Role

Join Woman's Hospital as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Behavioral Health Clinic - Days - Full-time in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Conducts comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, strengths, challenges, and identify social determinants and barriers preventing long term wellness.

Develop rapport and collaborate with patients, families, and the treatment team to develop individualized treatment plans that address mental health goals, including crisis intervention and long

term care planning.

Adhere to ethical standards and principles of social work, ensuring that patient confidentiality and autonomy are respected. Participates on internal committees and work groups as assigned.

Requirements

A master’s degree from an accredited school of social work

A minimum of one year of prior experience performing outpatient therapy

Current and unencumbered LCSW license in the state of Louisiana
