Job Description

MaineTouch LLC is a growing healthcare and community-based services organization in Maine. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to join our leadership team and help develop our Behavioral Health Program, anticipated to launch in 2027.

This is an opportunity for a motivated clinical professional interested in program development, leadership, and building high-quality behavioral health services from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and developing our 2027 Behavioral Health Program.
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance during program development.
  • Develop clinical policies, procedures, and service delivery standards.
  • Support MaineCare and Maine DHHS regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with clinical staffing, training, and supervision.
  • Establish quality assurance and clinical documentation processes.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on program growth and implementation.
  • Build relationships with community partners and referral sources.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active Maine clinical license, preferably LCSW or LCPC.
  • Experience in behavioral health services and clinical supervision.
  • Knowledge of MaineCare and Maine behavioral health regulations preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in program development is a plus.
