Key Responsibilities
Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism while providing caring support and clear communication to families. Monitor client progress, advocate for their needs, and provide direct supervision and training to behavioral technicians.
Requirements
Requires a Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field. Candidates must hold a current BCBA license or be eligible to sit for the exam within three months.
