About the Role
Join Mater as a Social Worker in United States. About the role Mater Health is looking for Social Workers to join our Mater Mother’s Hospital Social Work team! This permanent, full-time position will be based at our South Brisbane campus.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide delegation, supervision, training and support to less experienced health practitioners, allied health assistants, students, support staff and volunteers in the delivery of clinical services
- Contribute to the development of clinical practices, procedures and protocols within professional and multidisciplinary teams
- Actively participate in professional and multidisciplinary teams, and liaise with patients, their families/carers and external agencies to facilitate patient centred care
