Senior Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Therapist manages daily treatment team activities, counselor assignments, and patient schedules while facilitating case conferences. They also conduct individual and group counseling sessions and prepare comprehensive clinical documentation including assessments and treatment plans.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a health or human services field. A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a health or human service agency is required, preferably with co-occurring disorders.
