The OT Tech supports licensed therapists by preparing therapy spaces, managing equipment, and ensuring a safe environment for pediatric patients. They also assist with patient flow, maintain clinic inventory, and contribute to the overall clinic culture.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Experience working with children is considered a plus, and the role requires the physical ability to lift and move equipment.
