The Social Worker conducts comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develops individualized care plans to support clients facing social, emotional, and psychological challenges. They provide direct counseling, crisis intervention, and advocacy while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
Candidates must hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree and a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential. A minimum of two years of clinical social work experience providing direct client services is required.
