The BCBA will manage a caseload of clients, conduct functional assessments, and develop evidence-based treatment plans. They are also responsible for providing clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and Lead Therapists to ensure high-quality care.
Candidates must hold a master’s degree in ABA and possess an active BCBA certification. Additionally, an active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in the State of Illinois is required.
