  • Full-Time |General Dentist | Sole Lead Dentist | Northeast metro Atlanta
  • Suwannee Creek Dentistry: 1000 Peachtree Industrial Blvd. Suite 10 Suwanee, GA 30024
  • Schedule: Four-day workweek (Monday-Thursday, 8:45--5:00) with the option to add a half-day Friday each month
  • Patient Base: PPO and Fee-for-service with a focus on comprehensive, relationship-driven care

Suwanee Creek Dentistry is seeking a full-time Lead Dentist to take the reins of a well-established, technology-driven practice in one of Metro Atlanta's most desirable communities. Responsibilities

Make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives by helping them achieve healthier smiles and greater confidence

Practice with full clinical autonomy and provide comprehensive general dentistry and advanced procedures within your scope of practice

  • Develop and present treatment plans that support optimal patient outcomes
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and build lasting patient relationships
  • Collaborate with and lead the dental team to create an outstanding patient experience
  • Support practice growth, patient retention, and a positive team culture
  • Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all clinical and safety standards

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school
  • Active Georgia dental license, or eligibility for licensure
  • Current BLS certification additional licenses, registrations, and certifications required to perform the duties of the position
  • 2 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning

Practice Description

  • Practice in one of metro Atlanta's most sought-after communities.
  • At Suwannee Creek Dentistry our Dentist (DDS/DMD) are encouraged to practice dentistry with professional judgment and integrity, supported by an experienced team and well-established systems. The practice offers a broad scope of clinical care, including:
  • Comprehensive general and preventive dentistry
  • Advanced restorative cases, including crowns, bridges, and complex treatment planning
  • Root canal therapy and surgical extractions (based on comfort level)
  • Periodontal therapy and full‑mouth rehabilitation cases (based on comfort level)
  • Option for Implant dentistry (placement and restoration), implant‑supported dentures, and bone grafting
  • Clinical collaboration and mentorship are available without micromanagement.

Dentists are trusted to work within their comfort level, expand skills over time if desired, and refer cases when appropriate.
