The Behavior Analyst will supervise behavior technicians and develop innovative ABA programs to support client progress. They are responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments and providing parent education to ensure effective treatment implementation.
Candidates must hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB. Additionally, an active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification issued by the New York State Education Department is required.
