The Behavioral Health Specialist manages the safety and well-being of individuals in a crisis unit by conducting assessments, monitoring vitals, and providing direct support. They are also responsible for documenting interactions in the EHR and maintaining the cleanliness and security of the facility.
Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of relevant behavioral health experience. The role requires the physical ability to perform restraints and CPR, as well as passing state-mandated background checks and vaccination requirements.
