Key Responsibilities

The Supervisor oversees the daily operations and performance management of Behavioral Health Specialist staff while maintaining direct patient care responsibilities. They ensure unit safety, manage staffing ratios, and facilitate training on therapeutic milieu and crisis intervention techniques.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 5 years of behavioral health experience, and 1 year of supervisory or lead experience. Applicants are required to hold an Arizona Level I Fingerprint Clearance Card and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
