Key Responsibilities
The Lead Behavioral Health Specialist provides day-to-day oversight and guidance to staff while performing core behavioral health duties. They partner with the management team to ensure a safe, therapeutic environment and consistent staff performance.
Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent plus at least three years of direct mental health care experience or a combination of education and experience. Previous lead or supervisory experience and the ability to perform safe patient restraint techniques are required.
