Join Adaptive Home Health / Fira Health as a Speech Therapist in Fort Worth, Texas. Seeking Speech-Language Pathologists in the Home Health setting for Fort Worth and the surrounding areas! Per Visit Rates: $75 per regular ST Visit $112.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and perform appropriate therapy interventions.

• Develop a comprehensive plan of care and coordinate multi-disciplinary care.

• Perform clinical documentation and visit notes.

• Implement and maintain SLP protocols.

Requirements

• Current Texas Speech-Language Pathology License.

• One year of SLP experience.

• Experience with Homecare Homebase is helpful, but not required.

• Previous Home Health experience is helpful, but not required.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $156K - $234K
