Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess progress and provide plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload.

• Consistently ensure a world-class level of clinical care and patient experience.

• Document all treatments in our EMR.

• Communicate via chat and phone with patients and/or providers as needed.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Physical Therapist in New York State.

• Completed state regulated CEU requirement in NYS.

• BLS certification.

• Commit to a minimum of 4 visits/week.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $75 - $83/hr.

Work Schedule

• Contract position.

• Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.

This position offers hybrid flexibility. Work with Kins in New York.
