Our large, long-established private group practice located in New Albany, Mississippi (suburban Tupelo) is seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our collaborative, high-production clinical team.

Clinical & Procedural Focus

We’re seeking a confident Associate Dentist comfortable with bread-and-butter dentistry and experienced in—or eager to grow into—molar endodontics, surgical extractions, and implant dentistry. You’ll be supported by seasoned colleagues and an excellent clinical infrastructure to help you perform at your best.

This position is ideal for a doctor who values collaboration, efficiency, and the ability to practice full-scope comprehensive general dentistry at a high level.

• Compensation & Schedule
• 30% of Collections
• Forecasted Annual Earnings: $230,400 – $288,000+
• No lab or supply fees
• W-2 employment with full operational and administrative support
• Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Optional: One Saturday per month, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
