Key Responsibilities

• The key outcomes of the role are primarily focused on completing statutory reviews within care home and community settings.

• The postholder will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, alongside social workers, occupational therapists, social care practitioners, and caseworkers.

• Ongoing support and supervision will be provided by Senior Practitioners and Team Managers.

• The role offers 50% hybrid working.

Requirements

• To be successful in this role you must have,.

• Professional Qualification: A recognised professional qualification in social work, such as an MA, BA, BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, or CQSW (Certificate of Qualification in Social Work).

• Registration: Must be registered with Social Work England, the regulatory body for social workers in England.

• Experience: 2+ years post qualified experience as an adult social worker in a statutory setting.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
