This position offers day shifts only. Work with Samaritan Health Services in Portland, Oregon.
Perform initial and follow-up evaluations to plan and implement physical therapy programs for referred patients. Supervise support staff such as PTAs and Rehab Aides when applicable.
Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and successful completion of student internships. Must hold New York State licensure and BLS certification.
