Provide high-quality primary care services in an outpatient setting supported by a multidisciplinary team. Manage patient care, coordinate with hospitalist services, and participate in minimal call rotations.
Must be a licensed physician, board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Med/Peds. Must hold valid DEA and Illinois state licenses and be eligible for federal health programs.
