We are a locally owned and operated home health agency with over 20 years of experience. As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) PRN, you will render 1-on-1 treatment in the comfort of the patient’s home.

Qualifications
- Active COTA license in Virginia
- Experience with HCHB EMR is preferred
- Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1-on-1 occupational therapy treatment to patients in their homes. Utilize care maps to guide disease-specific treatment and maintain paperless documentation.
